Day after the Heisman ceremony

you think we beat Auburn and UGA with the other QBs we had on the roster? That's the difference between 9-3 (good season even got an access bowl top 10 finish) and 7-5 unranked.
Hard to speculate if not for burrow, who they would have potentially added at QB, if anyone
More to my point, that defense had:
1st Rd picks- Devin White, Patrick Queen (KLC, who got hurt early)
2nd Rd- Grant Delpit, Greedy Williams, Kris Fulton, Kelvin Joseph,
3rd- Jacob Phillips
4th Rashard Lawrence
6th Jacoby stevens
7th Kary Vincent
The idea that things were plummeting outside of Burrow is ignorant, because it was the complete opposite at the time if people set the bias aside.

In 2020 you had to replace and redo everything. You had no O line waiting in the wings and your defense was virtually replaced
While the above may be true, elite coaches who are worth the elite pay are able to maintain continuity.
They are able to recruit in a fashion to keep the program at a higher level and are able to recruit good coordinators who can develop the talent they get in.
LSU's football leadership is failing at the above, and it's a multi-season fail. This is why the fanbase is in such an uproar.

If this is your attitude, you will never get a new head coach. Ever.

It started going down the turlet when Joe Burrow lit that cigar!

In all due respect to ED O, when did he have an upward trend? Clearly the championship season was incredible but look at all of the players and coaches he had around him and then look at his record prior to that.
Love the guy but he may have just never been the right person and rode the back of the great setup he had in 2019.

Lol Rob, literally two weeks ago you were bashing people for criticizing O, and now it’s “Bye O. ASAP”. You’re a total clown…

Somewhere between Joe Burrow's exit and Pelini's non-interview.

Very obvious he's gone back to Ole Miss O.
he’s never not been that O.
but he had pieces put in place by actual adults that kept him in line right through the 2019 season.
all of those pieces are gone, so you are now watching unsupervised Ed.
and it shockingly looks just like Ed Orgeron.
