When Lester says he "burned some tape "on a prospect.
Sorry Lester, I like you,but that one gets to me.

That would be one of the resident Pump Nut Cheerleader Eunuchs telling somebody that they're "Miserable" for posting an opinion that they disagree with.

Didn't scan through every page in this thread, but do you remember five or six years ago (I think) when the term "Germans" was often used by several TD posters. That's not the case anymore.
And at times in football season, a phrase that Nick Saban perhaps was the first to use was posted every so often, "Hit them (him) in the mouth."
Since he's no longer at LSU (unfortunate), but the nickname given to former head coach Will Wade of "Pear" might have been unwelcome in the eyes of some. A friend of mine who lives in the DFW area did not appreciate that term and in his view, it was an insult to Wade. I did not share his view on that, but perhaps a few others did.

Not on this board but with football analysts/announcers.
"He's good in space"
You mean elite athletes with top acceleration and speed are good when there isnt anyone around to tackle them? Ok

He’s basically saying don’t swing at off speed pitches and only swing if it’s a fastball in your wheelhouse. What’s wrong with that? It’s baseball vernacular.
