whereas others embrace the new landscape. this is very important. wade was way ahead of his time, and knew all this was coming and how to manage it. he was giving naz Reid 300k when that sounded like a lot. it was nothing. insane bargain.
also for example years ago in one of the endless interviews with him I watched, he said court cases were coming. he said the players will win most of these cases. he said eventually a collective bargaining agreement would come but until then it would be chaos. I don't really know what that CBA is but I think he was right.
will wade will turn LSU into a blue blood even as the phenomenon of blue bloods fades away. watch.

I will say SFP (we play FF in many leagues) came out of the blue saying he’d take it. But I didn’t challenge him, we do enough on FF. The others cower. Talk a big game and pussy away.

Reading this thread-
I don't want to get in any fights with people gatekeeping the basketball discussions.
I do want to get what the general consensus is, on who will be available.
Questions:
Who is practicing with the team? All players, or has anyone dropped out?
Who is expected to not be cleared?
Based on this, who do we expect to start, who do we expect as key subs in the rotation?
Who do we expect to be the leading scorer, the primary 3 pt shooter (if different from the leading scorer), any defensive 'shutdown' guys, rim protector/block guys, etc? Do we think anyone will approach all-conference level?
