I think for years you’ve always heard that he isn’t the hardest worker, not the most committed to football, but everyone is not Joe Burrow or Drew Brees, and I guess Myles has to decide where his priorities lie.

Now this offseason we have heard through multiple outlets in different ways than Daniels and Nuss were the guys putting in the work. Now with Myles seemingly being behind those two guys, I do think it’s a bit of a bad look for Myles.

With all that said, it could all be false. None of us know for sure, but that’s the perception from the outside looking in.

Well, he had not played for three years except a few mop up appearances when he accomplished those stats in 3 games.

He did pretty damn good in three games, much better than anyone else outside of burrow has ever done at lsu.

Look man I'm team Nuss and all as well but reading your posts are like deja vu. Literally post the same thing plus or minus a few words.

You keep saying this. "Myles just wants the NIL gravy train." You realize his family is rich right? Money has not and will never be an issue for him. Their is nothing NIL is giving Myles that he couldn't have already.

It don’t matter what your stats are if you can’t stay healthy. That’s it. No more relevant argument against Myles. He’s not a durable athlete. Can’t build a team around a guy you can’t count on being there.

In the 4th quarter of the Mississippi State game, Myles put up a total of 7 points. Myles and our offense was 5 for 17 on 3rd downs in this loss and his QBR was 45.1.
LSU's defense put up the worst performance of all time and LSU ran for a total of 80yds. That was also Myles first real game in years. Myles had LSU down to State's 15 yard line to pull within 2 point before LSU committed back to back penalties and put LSU way behind the chains

In the 4th quarter of the Missouri game, Myles put up a total of 0 points. Myles and our offense was 0 for 10 on 3rd downs in this loss and his qbr was 74.1.
LSU ran for a total of 48 yds that game. LSU was constantly behind the chains because of this. It's hard to convert on 3 down when it's 3rd and +7yds.

Myles drove LSU down the field to win the game and the OL couldn't get enough of a push against Missouri's 3rd string DL to score from 2 yards out. Oh, and he did that while playing with a season ending injury.

It's astonishing that people on here watched LSU give up 44 points to MSST and 45 to Missouri, yet blame the QB for the loss. Did Myles play amazing in those games? No. But the way you talk about him you would think he's Andrew Hatch

A lot of people on here are of the mindset that "Myles is the starter until he isn't."
and you've made it clear that you think Myles is a bad QB and that Daniel's would be better suited as a WR.

And Miss St’s QB set an SEC single game record and then got benched two weeks later. Let’s stop pretending 2020 was a normal account of peoples abilities.

As I just said. LSU made a guy who was benched 2 weeks later look like a Heisman contender. But yeah, let's blame Brennan and not the garbage OL or worst defense in LSU history.

I'll be happy with whoever ends up starting, and will be in my seats like I have the past 20 years. But this trashing of Brennan needs to end. He is a solid QB, so if he is beat out then LSU fans should feel confident in their QB this season.

Because he didn’t post it on Instagram for your fat wife to see?

I didn't realize we were commending players for leading drives down the field and then going 0 for 2 on completions from the 2 yard line to lose the game. Was it LSU's defense's fault that Myles couldn't convert those last 2 passes and we lost?

Could be mistaken but didn’t one pass hit Marshall in the numbers?

Good thing you didn’t do that with Myles.

I already addressed this. Blaming the QB when the OL was so piss poor that they couldn't get a 2 yd push against Missouri's 3rd string DL. If LSU had a legit OL like Alabama or Georgia, our RB would have walked into the end zone untouched on the first try. Instead he had to do it himself with piss poor play calling and a abdominal tear.

Did Myles make a play to overcome LSU's terrible OL and lack of running game while dealing with a season ending injury? No. But he damn well put LSU in a position to win.

I have never said Myles should be the starter. Just that he deserves more credit than what you and others are giving him.

Is this a fact or another rant myth? Who said Brennan hasn't been out working. I know Daniels worked with some in Cali but kid would pass up a trip to Cali.

I would he surprised that Brennan didn't work this summer when Kelly at SEC media days specifically said he was one of the best leaders on the team.

Brennan may not be the guy, I have no clue, but he was a leader over the spring and I doubt that stopped working during the summer.
