If it's a successful play, the reaction will be cheering. I don't think anyone cares what the actual play call is ... just whether or not we execute it, win the one-on-one battles up front and have a successful down.

Who cares about the first play. I just hope the last play is our QB kneeling on the football to secure a win.

Then I would say
-We are trying to establish the run early
-We want show we are physically dominant on the OL
-We trust our run game to get us early yardage
-We are trying to settle down whatever QB we start

1st down: toss dive out of power I formation
2nd down: shotgun jet sweep with a bunch of unnecessary shifts by the wide receivers
3rd down: 5 wide, empty backfield pass 5 yards behind line of scrimmage on a 3rd and long.
4th down: fake punt where the punter somehow bounce pass laterals the ball to a TE who throws a bomb for a TD that is called back due to excessive celebration and illegal procedure. LSU challenges some insignificant detail of the play, loses, and is charged a TO.
4th down (again): delay of game followed by a Timeout, then a punt that hits the skycam wire.

What will the reaction from LSU fans be if our first play against FSU is a toss dive?
There's so many variables to this question, if LSU wins, wins biggley, losses.
And the retards that say FSU defense will not matter should go back to watching bantam league.

Depends on the result of the play. If it's a fumble I'm going to be pissed. If it's a big play I'm going to be happy and laugh at the troll.

I have Brennan keeping the ball on an option to the short side of the field and getting lit up 4 yards deep and never playing again
