So with the allegations, if the cops know about it,and decide theres not enough to press charges, or if the charges are dropped or if there found not guilty, what is coach supposed to do.

Do you kick someone off the team that didnt do anything illegal according to the police? I wish someone could answer that for me ,especially on the sec rant where our schools name Is being drug through the mud . Its bullshite. I'm sick of the fricking lists they come up with over there ,that arent factual like.

Stole money from kids cancer hospital
Will wade
Guice
Obj
More and more shite. Someone needs to shut those people up.

Shits getting ridiculous. Idk how much more bad news we can handle without throwing In the towel and firing coach o..I'd hate to do it .

The issue is above the head football coach. It’s an administration issue but O is the face of the program so he will get the coverage because the media has to have a bad guy in every story. Can’t use “LSU administration” the sheep have to have a face to be mad at.

No. If the police can’t find anything illegal then they can’t charge anybody. So you’d be kicking off someone for no reason, which would open up another case of issues. But liberal “journalists” don’t think rationally.

A decision not to prosecute can be made for any number of reasons, and such decisions are often guided by the criminal burden of proof. Such decisions do not relieve the institution of its obligations. And those obligations are, in large measure, forward looking, so as to protect folks from future harm. A flaw in the prosecution's case over a past event is not an excuse for protecting students and staff from a person with a propensity for violence.

there is a specific set of steps to take with title IX for every allegation.

i do not know what those particular steps are, or whether or not we followed them.

THAT is what could hang us if we didn’t.

you can kick every kid off the team, throw them in a federal penitentiary, etc. But if you didn’t do the Title IX stuff, you’re fricked.

Hell ,the people I see online talking ,think we will be stripped of the national championship. There stretching this as far as they can. That's why you dont sanction yourself.

There are alabama fans, sec fans and other programs fans, that think lsu is the dirtiest program in the nation .

Keep in mind, this is while,at the same time, alabama players are posting, on Instagram, pictures of 50 thousand dollars cars with a fist full of like 10 gs ,give or take a few thousand, but still. How is that not a topic, but we are.

I'm trying to be proud of my teams, but damn eventually the bad news is gonna wear us down

My only question is
Why make all these statements condemning sexual assault right on the heels of skipping practice in order to march for Jacob Blake?

I'm not saying they shouldn't speak out against it but playing both sides of the fence makes the virtue signaling pretty blatant.

If Coach O followed the school's Title IX processes and procedures for reporting an incident, then he is in the clear. The school and the AD need to take it from there.

Our country goes from one fabricated panic to the next quickly. I would just hang out for a week and they will have moved on to something else. I think we give these things too much attention.

Just to be clear: you mean the DA. The police don't get to make any judgment on whether to prosecute, or whether or not there is or isn't enough evidence.

Putting Les and Alleva on the cover wouldn't get them as much outrage. Nobody cares about them.

I’m not trying to degrade women by any means here but it seems like in a lot (not all) of cases like this that they are cleat chasers who ended up getting caught by their parents (esp daddy) and try to spin it to rape so there dad doesn’t cut them off.

Dont you see? Dan woken and pat forde are pissed off that lsu hasn't been sanctioned in basketball because they keep telling people its coming.

As long as they are at Yahoo sports,we will have those two garbage arse writing pussys ,ruining recruiting and whatever else they can.

They even got that other dyke thing to write that hit piece yesterday so it wouldnt be obvious that they are sabotaging everything LSU. There trying to grow the hate for us

You don’t have to drive to Tuscaloosa to find cajunbama.

He’s never even sniffed the Alabama state line. Hell I would be surprised if he’s been far from his trailer park except to attend classes at ITI or make a Walmart run to get a Bama t-shirt.

Our entire culture is being strategically GASLIT.

When you understand that constant SOCIETAL AGITPROP is the endgame you start to understand that all these stories, in every aspect of our culture, are completely interchangeable. The narrative is already written and you have thousands of professional Leftists looking on a daily basis where to insert the Agitprop. Today, it's LSU Cancel Culture time again.
