Maybe YOU'RE not a true fan because you can't see things objectively

Good team??? How so??

Lord have mercy. It's already started. Yes, the team is at least "good". Only an idiot would seriously argue otherwise. We Have some excellent athletes on both sides of the line of scrimmage. Even considering some foolish, unnecessary penalties, there's no evidence to suggest they're not competently coached overall. The OC and the DC are exceptional by all reputable accounts. Okay, the "experts" in the Rant will do their best to find something to bitch about.

They've won their first two games handily. Although Chattanooga is no powerhouse, BYU is not a shittY team. How can LSU not be called a "good" team?

The TIGERS always need to be concerned about their upcoming opponent regardless who they are playing and especially if they are a SEC opponent!

but it is concerning that the three problems from the first game were not addressed at all yesterday (redzone efficiency, kicking, stupid penalties).

Actually, in red zone efficiency we were 4/5 for 4 TDs and 1 missed FG. Kicking and stupid penalties still worry me a bit, in particular the penalties.

Key is 100% and starting.
Lawrence is 100% and starting.
Herron is back, rearing to go along with Lawrence

Less than 40 yards in penalties.

No zero points out of red-zone opportunities.

Perfect kicking and kick coverage.

No worries.

how is this relevant? bein concerned about our first road matchup against a solid SEC team. NO MSU hasn't played very good teams, much like us. LSU definitely is the more talented team, I expect us to win but its normal to have these concerns about this weekend. It will tell a lot about both teams.

Just because you are concerned doesn't mean we aren't behind our coaches. The crazy O fans take everything so personally

You were just talking about being concerned about Etling's tendencies against faster defenses. Guess what a-hole? Miss St has a faster defense than the two we just played! Sit your wanna be LSU fan arse down bitch!

Are fans set up such retarded false dichotomies. Either State sucks and we'll kick their arse or we suck and have no chance. Perhaps both tea,s are pretty good I think we'll win, but if we do, it will be a very nice road win in the SEC. I'm not gonna poo poo it by saying State sucks. That's fricking retarded.

Because, like it or not, we still don't know we have. There's a good chance that we're not as good as y'all think we are

Agree. We always hear about Dan Mullen and Mississippi State being a "team on the rise". Its bullshite. They were 5-7 last year and got into a bowl game only because there are too many bowls. They got in because they had a decent academic rating when compared to most other 5 win teams. Even after they won the bowl they were 6-7 overall.

Now all of a sudden MSU is somehow great and Nick Fitzgerald is the next Dak Prescott.

I am not buying it. LSU in a blowout.

Their defense did force a 4th and 93.

Their defense should have recovered it for a TD several times during the time they tried to chase that slippery pigskin down. At least LaTech was able to recover the ball. State couldn't do anything more than kick it back toward the endzone. Looked more like soccer kids than a football team.
