I would be disappointed with anything less than 11-1. We return so much more than Texas and there’s no way Florida or A&M should come into to Tiger Stadium and win. Those are the only three outside of Bama I could see us possibly losing and I’d be disappointed to lose any of the three.

Absolute floor would be 10-2 and a hard fought loss in a NY6 bowl game. That 10-3 would be barely acceptable imo. 9-3 and then winning the capital one bowl would not be an acceptable 10-3.

no worse than 10-2. that being said, people are putting too much emphasis on bama right now. we aren't there on the lines of scrimmage. until then.....

Returning talent on both sides of the ball, depth at the line, revamped offense with Brady and a more experienced QB, and slightly less daunting schedule.

With the amount of talent and a returning starting qb, I cannot reasonably expect anything less than a playoff spot. That typically means no more than 1 loss.

No one can doubt that we have the horses in the stable. He’s done a great job recruiting.
This is O’s year to prove that he can do more than recruit.

As fans, we have to expect to see improvement or ask why not?
As fans, we should expect nothing less than what our coach expects and O expects to bring us a championship.
I don’t think this is our year but it’s certainly got to be within the next 2

Agreed. I'm hoping for 11-1, but 10-2 is still a very good season. Most of these 11-1 floor people hate the head coach, think he sucks, yet their expectation is something that has happened only a couple times in the long history of lsu football.

Lsu plays potentially 4 top 10 teams. They probably play 5 preseason top 15 teams. Give me a break on the schedule being easy bs. Hell, Utah at isn't a slouch either.

Basically you expect a 11 win regular season. Something that has happened I believe once in our history.

10-2 with most every key player staying healthy.

9-3 I can be happy with if one of the losses was a straight hwy robbery and the other two were fricking close and ball didn't bounce our way, or some major frickin injuries and I feel we over achieved with the talent on the field but I really think 9-3 only if those culminating things happen will be acceptable

regular season 10-2 and a bowl victory for an 11-2 season. I think it would show continued progress and would help recruiting more as well. I think we go 11-1 in reg season.

If LSU beat Texas, Florida, State, Auburn, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas and A&M, that would be an 8-4 record that I would be "okay" with.

I haven't looked it up, but I believe lsu has won 11 regular season games one time in their history.
