Skip Bertman maybe? He had many NC's and many trips to Omaha.

Nope, lost to the Tulane Green Shitstains on the way out the door and kept Les Miles instead of bringing Saban back.

If the rant wasnt around for skip as coach
The rant would have crucified him for every move. Probably would say putting Warren Morris in to hit in that situation was worth being fired over.

The rant exists, in part, as an outlet for frustration and rage and exasperation. You can't use what you see here as a barometer.

LSU baseball was bad the last month and a half in 1995. I don't know if the Rant existed back then, but there was no shortage of carping directed at Bertman in post-game phone lines after the Tigers were ousted at home by Rice (!) -- #3 seed-- in two ugly losses in a Baton Rouge Regional that year.
