Bama because we’ve strolled into that game undefeated or highly regarded before and got blown out. Hear me out. That game was a bigger win than any other because by the time we got to Atlanta, OU and Clemson, we knew we were gonna win. Beating Bama was the first and most crucial step. That doesn’t mean I enjoyed it more than a national championship but i pretty much knew we’d win the title after beating them in Tuscaloosa like that.

Early in the 1st half vs Georgia southern we scored on a tunnel screen to Marshall.

This is when I knew it would be different and better. I didn't realize the full extent of how good it could be until the Texas game when we pretty much scored at will.

Totally agree.

After that I knew this was different.

Years past, we run the ball 93 times vs a creampuff early opponent and throw it 9 times.

Not this game.

That used to piss me off to no end.

The Florida game is when it finally sunk in that this offense was special, the Bama game removed any shred of doubt.

I thought the offense was for real during the Texas game, but didn't get that "we can score on anybody" feeling until the Florida game. After that, I knew we were witnessing the greatest offense in CFB.

I didn't expect 15-0 and all that at this point, but during the Georgia Southern game it was clear this wasn't your old man's LSU offense.

Several times it was said, "Who the hell are these guys and what did they do with the real LSU players?"

I knew we were different in the Georgia Southern game.

I knew we were legit the last drive of the first half of the Texas game. I was laughing. Amazing.

3rd and 17 sealed it. I thought we would win the National Championship at that point.

When Rohan Davey raved about it in March/April of '19. And in Spring ball when O was asked what the D coaches thought of the new offense and he laughed out loud and said, "They're pissed off - everybody's mad they can't stop it"

As soon as the Texas Douchebags started their melt in the First Qtr of the Texas game in Austin. I was sitting in the nosebleeds by the Band.

When we scored on 6 out of 8 drives in the first half in Bryant Denny Stadium. I knew then then our offense was unstoppable.

I was late to the party on the "Legit" wagon unfortunately. I spent most of the year trying convince myself I was watching LSU. Beating Alabama, in Tuscaloosa, it became a reality that we couldn't be stopped on offense.
