Remember it as a kid with my dad. I think Musso had negative yards rushing that night. Tommy was a stud!!!

1st team all SEC. That is surprising. I remember when he ran out of pounds to stop the clock instead of staying in bounds , could hv easily cost LSU that game.

1979 in TS---rain rain rain. As weird as it sounds, I loved being in the S endzone that game even tho LSU lost 3-0. I guess it was because LSU played that undefeated Bama team so close. Very much like USC earlier in the year.

2000, my freshman year at LSU. It was a huge win, because Alabama had a really long winning streak in Tiger Stadium, and breaking that enormous.
At some point in the game, Alabama was playing well, and the crowd was becoming rather quiet. Then two students ran out on the field, and mooned the crowd from the 50 yard line. I remember seeing Alabama players pointing and laughing. Then they proceeded to juke several officers before being tackled. Several of the police men were rather portly, so it was funny seeing a few of them fall on their faces. The crowd began going crazy. They revived the crowd, and deserved some of the credit for that win.
One of them was in my speech class, and he told the story for one of his graded speeches, and he had the class rolling.

1993 - I was in my early teens and didn't even plan to watch the game. THAT is how much apathy there was in the program at the time. It was a foregone conclusion Alabama was going to blowout LSU...like every other team with a pulse had that season. I came into the house from elsewhere when the game was in the second half. When I glanced at the TV I was stunned to see LSU winning. Finished watching the game in shock that LSU won
2002 - Maybe the worst LSU v Alabama game of the 21st century outside of 2020. Nothing about the game itself was memorable. However, at the pregame tailgate there was a girl there with huge boobs under a tight sweater. Somewhere in my "altered" state I though it would be a good idea to come up from behind her and get two big handfuls of what she had under there. In 2022 I'd be arrested on the spot. In 2002 it led to a very memorable night!
2008 - The city, campus, stadium was already at a fever pitch because it was Saban's first trip to Tiger Stadium as the Alabama HC. The intensity was heightened even further by the fact Alabama was #1. LSU as a home underdog battled to get the game to where it was tied late in the 4th...until Alabama started marching to what looked to be an inevitable game winning FG. The crowd was going crazy while Alabama lined up to kick. It then seemed to go eerily silent when the ball was snapped as everyone seemed to hold their breath. Then.......the single loudest expulsion of crowd noise I'd ever heard in the stadium erupted when the kick was blocked. The ultimate ending made the game forgettable. But that is a moment I'll never forget

Leonard Marshall jerking down their running back with one arm in the 1982 game. We beat them 20-10 but the score did not reflect the dominance.

Chanting "Central Florida" at them during pregame warmups in 2000.

Kevin Wagner is his name.
A statue of him should be erected outside the South Endzone

2001 at Bryant Denny .. Rohan to Josh Reed show where Rohan still holds the LSU single game passing record. Completely dominated them. Sat in the bama section with a buddy of mine with yellow long sleeve polos on. Great day.

Jamarcus Russel to Dwayne Bowe in the corner of the end zone for the win in double overtime, in Bryant Denny. It was my first LSU away game. LSU broke the gumps hearts that night. It was spectacular.

From games I attended:
David Browndyke's field goal with 28 seconds left to beat Bama in Tuscaloosa in 1988.
GEAUX TIGERS!

It should have been in 2014, Yeldon fumbling the ball and LSU recovering on their 5-yard line.
Refs then called the softest unsportsmanlike in history on Alexander which forced a FG and it was a complete meltdown from there.
