Another vote for Legion Field 1982. Perfect trip, perfect day, perfect game.

Kevin Mawae running around the field with an LSU flag when we upset the Tide on their own field in 1993 Pigs Will Fly game. My favorite all-time road trip.

My wife and I went to the "When Pigs Fly" game in Tuscaloosa!
There were a lot of shocked people at that game!!

1982 comes to mind. I was a student at LSU at the time .Back then only a few games were on television and this one was not.
Actually it was televised. It was on a network almost no one had heard of and few people had on their cable systems - ESPN.
The day after the game, we stopped at my parents ' house to watch the replay.
Unfortunately, one of the longest tennis matches in history was going on live.
By the time the match ended, ESPN picked up the game in progress in the 2nd half. C'est la vie.

Rohan Davey passed for over 500 yards. Couldn't be stopped that day.

Easy. Special day when the "PIGS DID FLY" in T-Town in 1993. LSU won 17-13 and killed Bama's 30 game winning streak. Even better because I took my daughter, and we sat in the LSU band area. Beating them at home also. Great day for me and my family.

Watched the 82 game in the Centroplex on closed circuit TV. It was pretty wild in there as I can remember

2001 Rohan to Reed. My dad and I went to Tuscaloosa to watch the game. We were in the Houndstooth after watching the overtime game with Arkansas and OM. A drunk Bama fan comes up and says "We'll never have a coach like Nick Saban"

Ricky Jean Francois blocked FG to force OT..... prior to the kick, everyone was giving voodoo fingers.... when it worked, I was freaked out. Anything not tied down went up in the air

Loved the fullback Copeland when he caught and ran it a good 40 yards.

The season and coach sucked, but it was amazing to be at the When Pigs Fly game in Tuscaloosa in 1993. That was the full band trip that season and we had a blast. I have no idea how Curley backed his way into that win, but it was fun at the time.
No doubt! If you attended this game, you were a true fan. Most of our group backed out but 7 of us attended and the rest is history! And Pigs flew!!!
