He's a professional, he isn't going to come in guns blazing and start firing people. I think Fargas is on the block though and he will be wanting to make a splash hire even if its women's basketball.
He isn't firing O, or PM, or Ponamsky. He's going to want to come in and not piss anyone off. Baseball, basketball and football are currently on good footing.

O and PM I agree with. And he shouldn't fire Ponamsky either. BUT he should have a little private meeting with Ponamsky and tell him that he will no longer be cc'ed on important athletic department issues unrelated to football and that he needs to go back to making Ed's coffee and scratching Ed's balls when they itch.

Sit our so called President down and explain to him that the single best investment he can make for the academic side of the University is to invest in revenue generating sports such as football and basketball.
Alabama's football program alone posted a $50 million profit last year. Alabama students now have their own dietitians and their student housing is light years ahead of ours.
As part of said investment, give WW the facility upgrades he has been asking for, for starters.

I’m surprised how many people want his first move to be fire Nikki...i concur with this...but it’s funny that every thread about women’s basketball is met with “who cares” but they want this to not only be his first move but want him to pay Kramer’s mom the 3 million it would take to get her. It’s a new day in Tiger town.
