And we don’t have a prayer against a team that has one top 25 win?

I get it, we have lost to bama what 7 in a row!!! We have to win to earn respect, plain and simple. Stop bitching about respect from espn!!

Go out and beat their asses and you will earn respect. I’m soooo sick of these stupid topics.

Do you get this....... WIN!!

at some point people have to recognize our quality wins

We are ranked #4 in country and pretty every one has mentioned the schedule. The simple fact that we’ve played a tougher schedule doesn’t really mean as much with Alabama.

especially when these same experts were so confident Miami, Auburn, MS State, Georgia we’re going to beat us.

You mean the same experts that picked us to beat Florida? Also don’t confuse pre season picks and discussion about tough games with everyone picking us to lose. Hardly anyone pick us to lose to State before that game. The Miami picks were split, yes the overwhelming majority picked Auburn and UGA but again quit pretending like Alabama is the same, they are not.

What rational person is saying LSU "doesn't have a prayer?" The 14-point spread accounts for most non-LSU partisans who closely watch college football. Most of those people conclude that Alabama has better players and better coaches than LSU. LSU will eventually snap this losing streak. Most people just don't think it will happen against the best Alabama offense in school history. I expect a close game that LSU can win if Tua makes mistakes he has not yet made.

Yeah, it’s no surprise the money is coming in on Bama as to betters, the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. The record from 2011 to now along with Bama’s success would lead most to bet on Bama.

LSU is 5-3 against the spread this year.

However, all of that means nothing come Saturday. Fortunately, wagers don’t affect the outcome.

Not saying Bama isn’t good or even real good but we have a legitimate shot to win this. And yes, there are lot of people who are already saying this game is over.

Lack of respect? Gimme a break. LSU would be the only team with a defeat in the playoffs if the season ended today. They would be facing Bama on a nuetral field.

Btw there is something to be said for laying in the weeds instead of beating your chest and issuing wolf tickets. You want to gain more respect? Beat Alabama which is the last hurdle to getting to the SEC championship game. Then beat Georgia again and go to the playoffs. There would likely be a field of once beaten LSU, undefeated Clemson, undefeated Notre Dame and I'm guessing once beaten Alabama. #1 CU vs #4 UA And #2 ND vs #3 LSU. I think this is Clemson's year right now.
