That's the same question I had when sabin finished his first and second year.
Patients. It will come.

Ranting is the shite that people do on here. Guess any criticism of the team thus far means you’re not allowed to watch the games

You asked a question and are not happy with the responses you are getting. That's not the same as a "rant"

Maybe things will work out, but nothing we have seen so far points to this hire ending successfully.

He's 6 games into his tenure...after taking over a program that won 5 and 6 games, respectively, each of the last 2 seasons. 6 games in you are ready to close the book? On a guy who arguably has the best resume of any coach LSU has ever hired. Nick Saban was 3-3 (including a loss to UAB) through the first 6 games of his LSU career. Les Miles needed a miracle comeback to beat ASU in his first game, before blowing a big lead to Tennessee in his second game. Ed Orgeon led LSU to its worst defeat by Mississippi St...ever...in his third game...before losing to Troy in game 5.

What do all of those guys have in common? They ALL won National Championships at LSU within 4 years of getting the job. Kelly went 8-5 in his first two seasons at ND. In season 3 he had them undefeated playing for their first national championship in over 20 years.

This hire not ending successfully would literally go against the last 20 years of both LSU and Brian Kelly's history. Yet, 6 games into a season LSU was picked to finish 5th of 7 teams in the SEC West the OP believes this could be a failed hired

Was it the scheme that made Boutte be wide open on 3rd and 3 and drop a ball that was placed in a very catchable spot on our first drive? Or for Jaray was it the scheme that allowed him to get open down the middle and potentially make the score 20-14, but he dropped it? The scheme has seen WR's be open a lot, and through a comedy of errors between all facets of the offense we haven't seen a ton of production from them. Some their own fault, some not.

"The scheme" is a lazy fan narrative. The scheme is fine, at some point the players have to execute. At some point Jayden has to become aggressive. At some point the WR's need to stop dropping the ball in critical situations. At some point the OL needs to learn how to block a stunt. If these things were to happen, suddenly "the scheme" wouldn't be so bad.

People blame "the scheme" when they don't know what's actually wrong.

Ah, remember those three days in the summer when almost all the fans agreed that it would take time, and that we would all be patient? Yeah, I knew that wouldn't last for most of our fans.

We'll be lucky to get back to a coachless 6-6 season a year ago.

You actually think LSU would be "lucky" to be UAB and one other team?

He wears nice suits to the press conference and has the corporate buzzwords down.

Any criticism means you’re not allowed to watch the games? Jesus, the estrogen level is overwhelming.

The best rants are well informed and on point.

I can’t speak for others, but when I read content on this site, I do not want to read something that sounds like my wife and her sisters get into when they talk. But they don’t have balls, so they get a pass.
