As the late Stewart Scott once said about LSU when Saban was the coach. And I quote. “A sleeping giant has been awakened on the bayou”. Gave me chills when he said that that night. We went on to win the NC that year. So yea. Saban knows what can happen here.

It really doesn't bother me. I mean, when was the last time Alabama was the only loss LSU sustained in the regular season? It's not like LSU is beating everybody except for Alabama and it's keeping them from reaching their goals.
Was there ever a time where you could have said, "if only LSU had beat Alabama they would be in the CFP/NC."
LSU needs to worry about beating all the other teams on their schedule first. The ones that are a lot more beatable than Alabama.

1982, the year LSU beat The Bear after 11 straight defeats. Alabama fans want everyone to believe each game was a blowout, wasn't the case then and not the case now. They have blown LSU out on occasion, but there have been a few games LSU should of won. A lot of the younger fans will celebrate, but those of us who've been around know LSU can be just as good, if not better, than alabama. Miles opened the door for what saban has done to LSU. They've had a good run, but it's our time now!!! Time to put saban out to pasture!!!

actually yeah there were several years had we beat bama we would have made a run for a championship.
