Because he had a hip replaced? At first, no doubt he'll be on meds but in 3 months he'll still be on heavy meds? I highly doubt it. I've experienced this personally.
I despise Saban but he's a stickler. He sure won't let some player bring down his program and he damn sure won't let it fold if it's centered around him.
He just doesn't operate that way.

i am hoping we do what we did to Bear Bryant...Mistake me if i am wrong but a big reason of him retiring was the embarrassing lost they received from LSU that year...of course he has 3 other loses that year as well but i believe after he lost to LSU he had two more making it 3 L's in a row...

People should settle down and act like they've been there instead of treating it like a national championship.
But that won't happen. Especially because it probably won't happen for a few more years.
