What happened to Phillip Wright III?

He is listed as OUT for OM. Any intel on this? Such a speedster.

Got hurt late in the Tech game. Looked like a non-contact leg injury.

Not going to speculate, but non-contact leg injuries almost always = out for the year.

It was contact. If you watched it looked like on the ST play his knee banged up beside the knee of the other player which is where the injury occurred. It wasn't non-contact like it seemed.

He went into the locker room then came back out still wearing full pads, so who knows how bad the injury actually was.

It appeared he had some kind of compression sleeve on his calf, so maybe a high ankle sprain or a bad calf strain

Went out on a punt play late in the game. Was able to walk off the field but was kind of gimpy.
