What are the chances we stay in the SEC and don’t have any serious sanctions?

Postponing the court hearing seems like a good sign.

For what? I don’t know. But you know damn well sankey is going to find a way to give us sanctions.

This will end with LSU and Kiffin donating to a charity and putting out a statement communicating our respect for our partners. It's all theatre that benefits all parties if everyone plays along... which they will because of the money at stake.

If SEC sanctions LSU for anything even the smallest LSU should leave. SEC owe LSU an apology.

Kiffin will pay a fine for the comment. Not much else they can do and they don't have air cover from the feds.

There will be retaliation. The moment “lack of institutional control” came out of the SEC’s mouth, you knew it would put LSU under a crimson-tinted microscope for the rest of Kiffin’s tenure.

I am so over people saying the SEC should be bringing sanctions. There wasn't a single violation.

He's going to need to spend all of his time finding a way to save his job

And the evidence for LOIC is not there, which the SEC admitted it.
It's a "feeling" that Landry is running the show. A feeling.

If you read Rousse’s letter, LSU stays in and takes no penalties.

If LSU isn’t using this whole charade to lay the groundwork for a backdoor SEC exit and a way to stiff them on the exit fee when the timing is right, then I’ve lost some respect for Landry and Murrill.
They sure popped off after Skankey’s testimony. If this ends with LSU quietly bending the knee and everyone pretending none of this happened, then there was no 4D chess. Just a couple politicians LARPing as hardasses until it was time to actually be hardasses.

It is not 100% but it is close.
I think worst case scenario after today is that LSU gets a strongly worded letter
