I mean, them shoulder tackles aren’t scaring anyone. Defense looks downright bad. Secondary is porous as a sponge, backside linebackers over pursuing, getting gashed between the tackles against Grambling. Don’t know how anyone can claim such certainty this defense will stop anyone.

Arizona had the 2nd worst defense in the power 5 in 2022. So no, I’m not impressed.

11am kick with those cowbells. Defense hasn’t shown they can cover or tackle very well. If LSU can’t move the ball with ease, this game will be much closer than most want it to be and State could easily pull the upset.

That wasn't my point. He was throwing the ball well and it was effective, but they chose not to do that. As a result they ended up going into overtime against a team that had the 2nd worst defense in 2022. That's bad coaching.

This game reminds of the Florida game last year. Medicore Florida team . Everyone thought LSU would get beat or most thought we would get blown out.
Same thing this week Medicore Miss St team. On the road. Every idiot on here saying game will be close. We will lose. We cant this . We cant that.

I keep hearing from the enlightened on this site about how bad we were against Grambling. They had 320 yds of offense. 178 in the 1st qtr. 152 yds the rest of the game. 2 first downs in the 2nd half. 10 points in the game. We were their superbowl. They pulled everything in the first qtr. We made adjustments and shut them down. As for Fl St we went neck and neck with them for 3 qtrs. They didn't run the ball for much at all until the 4th qtr when things got away from us. We will see where we are against Miss St but to say we sucked against Grambling is stupid.

Current version of LSU, I have zero confidence in that they will walk in and just beat anyone. Saturday will be close, take it to the bank.
