I truly believe QB1 is too good for us to be any worse than 8-4 this year. Regardless of what happens with the rest of our team.

If last week was any indication, stopping the check with me nonsense seems to agree with our players. My guess is that changing the play at the last second made the players have to think about what their responsibilities are in the new play without giving them enough time to get it figured out.
Now they get the play, know what to do on that play, and run it. Much easier to play if you’re not thinking all the time.

Peetz has more of a handle of play calling, trusts Max with RPO, and if can get some consistency with the running game will wreck shop the rest of the season.

LSU's DL is great and it leads the nation in sacks. Moo State's OL is trash so the DL will feast saturday.

I’ll put some positive possibilities here:
We blow out MSU = probably means our OL is somewhat starting to gel.
We play our freshmen = absolutely stacked team next year.
We lose to MSU = Coach O is shown the door and we go after someone actually worthy of being an LSU head coach.
Tomorrow is a win win situation. I can get behind that.
