Looking to be a little wet… what’s grounds for cancelation? How long can you postpone? Just want to know if I need to caffeinate in the to sustain the postponement.

You sound scared. Are you running from rain?

Since when did our fans think every football game will be canceled each time there is a chance of rain?

Moreso lightning than rain. It has happened before.

I’m sure they’ll play Saturday night, but I wouldn’t exactly be shocked if it were delayed ala Clemson.

You have no idea what this looks like when it hits Kentucky.

It has happened once in most of our lifetimes. Wouldn't logic suggest that the odds of it happening are pretty low? Why do we need a thread about canceling the game every time it's supposed to rain?

Last Saturday there were threads all week about canceling the game, moving the game time, moving the day the game was played. How much did it rain???

That Georgia/Bama game gonna be a run fest, but I'm not worried about us. We don't have any problem running the ball.

Idk what it is... but this board gets their panties in a wad when you bring up a potential bad weather forecast for a game.

The same thread has been made at least 5 times today. Games have been played in the rain before. The game is in Kentucky, hundreds of miles north of where the storm is making landfall. Yes, it might rain there. But I’ve seen more will they cancel the game questions this year than I have in my last 30 years of fandom.

The game will be played. It might be very wet, but it will play.

That’s why I responded the odds of cancellation are low, but delays happen all the time.

It’s much too far out to tell, but it’s not a crazy question or topic, so idk why people are bent out of shape about it
