Nothing That Kelly is saying or doing indicates that he has any sense of urgency or willingness in desperation to change in order to win. It is the same Kelly we saw lose in Las Vegas last year, quite content with a loss, patient and complacent. A leopard does not change its spots. There's no Jayden Daniels, there's no Jefferson Chase or Marshall and there seems to be no care to create one

That entire side of the ball needs to go.
Which is fine, but the offensive staff wasn't so bad in 2024 that they warranted firing in the offseason. There was a regression expected with Jayden leaving, and the offense seemed OK enough to think you would see improvement in year 2 of Sloan with 5th year QB, Nuss.
It was the same with Matt House. House improved the defense in year 1 and then the train went off the rails in year 2 and he got fired.
I would expect to see Sloan canned, this offseason, if the offense doesn't right the ship.
Les' stubbornness was riding with Cam Cameron for 4 years and still not learning the forward pass, despite being told to make changes.

I was younger but with how we came off of a championship and were terrible from a W-L standpoint.
I view it from the buzzkill or opportunity to seize momentum.

Who? Durham??? Durham was injured every week last year and this year durability issues arise, pretty easy to foresee. LOL yeah that murderer harborer and the other fool playing for SU would've made them a different team? That is laughable. Zero run game will make for a very bad record .

Durham had 2 dislocated toes in the South Alabama game and then played through it later in the season, and averaged 4.5 yards a carry after the injury.
It wasn't like he was dealing with a new injury every few weeks.

Not sure about Holley since he hadn't played in a while, but you don't think JT Lindsey, the 7th highest rated RB in the country in the 2025 class could make a difference?

Yes, I chilled by watching the bama vs Georgia game. Real SEC football. We're not even in the same galaxy as these two teams. LSU is "middle of the pack" in the SEC.
Exactly. Watching every one of those guys scrap for the ball, every single play was a real eye opener. We haven't had that type of fire in our bellies at all since Kelly has been here. I don't believe he's capable of coaching it.

Id love to see the case for this. It anything, id say kelly is one of the least stubborn coaches we have had

The feeling of this team feels like the 2008 season where we finished 8-5.
In 2008 the defense had problems along with poor QB play.
Nuss isn't bad as Lee and '25 D is much better than '08.

I feel like I did after our first bad game under Dinardo and we saw the real picture.

Me, too bruh. THAT’S why I don’t like CBK. If I wanna watch good games on Saturday, I gotta watch other teams. JD5 and Malik had some good moments, but those weren’t exactly good teams either.
CBK makes amateurish teams with great talent.

Everyone needs to chill. We go 10-2 in the SEC we in the playoffs and dancin. Did anyone watch Ohio State last year? The undefeated season days are long gone with NIL and transfer portal.
While I can appreciate your confidence, nothing about this offense leads me to believe they will go 10-2.

Unfortunately, LSU fans have more than their share of experience watching the wheels come off of a coaching regime.
We know exactly what it looks like.
Fellas, this is it.

I thought the same. But I don’t think that’s going to happen. At best they’ll be 8-4 or 9-3. Losses will come at Bama and maybe TAMU and Vandy. Play calling is a definite issue along with Nuss. Joe called the same plays he called last week against LaTech, and they’re not creative at the college level. My son’s team runs it actually

Is Harlem Berry making an impact? Nahhhh. So why would some lesser rated RB be doing any better. As for Durham, I have weekly insight from the medical staff that actually treats every injured player every Sunday after games, and Durham had a lot more weekly issues than a couple dislocated toes after each game last year and that has only been worse this year. Heck you basically make my argument for me here, if it's not his "toes" now then what is it? I won't divulge, but they're the same complaints (not feet) that he dealt with last year.

You think the O-line is suddenly going to figure out how to block in two weeks?
You think Sloan is going to learn how to design and call plays in that amount of time?
You think Nuss is going to stop forcing the ball into 4 on 2 coverage?
This team has major issues on offense that will not get fixed in two weeks.
The defense showed no ability on Saturday to stop a running QB. If we win, it will have to be because the defense held the opponent to less than 17 points. The defense will also have to score a few TDs - like 1 a game - for us to have a chance.
