We have a culture problem it's time to address it. Shame on those blaming Sharon.

Les talking about recruiting girls resemblemed a bowling team. Like wtf? We need to correct this and suspending people is not the answer. Sharon has been at LSU for over 20 years. To have people shite on her is ridiculous.

She was hiring recruiting girls.
I mean She knew there was a reason there were no recruiting boys.

I know this might come as a bit of a shock, so you may want to sit down, but when your job requires you to recruit 16-18 year old boys to join your team attractive girls might appeal to such young men. You see, biologically, men usually are attracted to beautiful women. Maybe even moreso for late-teen boys. Seeing that there are beautiful female peers on campus might make them more likely to attend the school.
Now, if Les and/or the AD staff were encouraging girls to perform sexual acts with potential recruits that is a WHOLE other issue. But it's not all that uncommon to have attractive people serve as the "face" of your business for purposes of trying to recruit.

The amount of people here defending the athletic dept. is sickening. They need to clean house top to bottom, period.

I have no problem cleaning up and repairing a culture problem, which was already in the process of happening real-time.
Sueing your employer and alma-mater and going to the media is not the right way to do it, though, IMO. Two wrongs don’t make a right.
Just because her intentions may be good/wholesome - which is debatable given that I’m sure she’ll be after monetary “damages” - does not make what she did right.
One can support LSU fixing its issues and also criticize those try to fix them in the wrong way. Snitching and betraying your employer isn’t the solution, strong leadership and overhauled protocols for the future are much better solutions.

We had a HUGE Les Mikes problem and NO ONE did a damn thing. It’s really a shame. Could have been done with him and paid 0.00.

There appear to have been issues that need to be addressed. No question. But the HC wanting to hire attractive women to help in the recruitment of high school boys isn't one of them.
