The frat scent at Florida? Aren't they like us where it doesn't dominate the gameday environment like an Auburn, Ole miss or Alabama?

I've never understood why our fans take so much pride in thinking that we're the heaviest drinkers. Doesn't seem like a good distinction and it's pretty unfounded.

I got family there. Take away the accents, the lumberjack size, and their sub-par cooking, it's like hanging out with a coonass. They drink...but we still get the W on and off the field

Ask the folks in Seattle how unfounded our drinking rep is.
Hell I remember hearing the LSU fans out a hurting on the Knoxvile bars back 5 to 7 or so years ago.

I wouldn't consider Seattle as a fair example. Those people had no idea the level of seriousness Southerner's take football and were woefully unprepared. I was in Seattle and was asked why so many LSU fans were in town...

When comparing it to other SEC, Big 10 or ACC (other areas where college football is a big deal) then it is unfounded

I moved from Wisconsin to Louisiana to sober up. Dont't dirty the floors when you are under the table.

Beer and Booze is cheap in Wisconsin get ready to save some money if your big drinker. Last time I was there I ordered from the bar:

2 Bottles of Beer
Single 7&7
Double Captain Coke
Double Jack Coke
------------
Paid:$16.75

Obviously CBS doesn't know shite about drinking. The list is made up of three states, and more than half of the cities in that last have a handful of people in them. It must be per capita. There's 5 people in the town and 3 of them are drunk. That must be one drunk town huh CBS?

LSU fans have descended upon Dallas and reminded us of this truth: when it comes to partying, they're the pros and we're all amateurs.”

Baton Rouge has places that are $5 all you can drink.

New Orleans has to be the cheapest big/tourist city to drink in the country

Though the Filson Historical Society is home to bourbon labels printed as early as the 1850s, he says, “the story that the name ‘bourbon’ comes from Bourbon County doesn’t even start appearing in print until the 1870s.” Instead, Veach believes the name evolved in New Orleans after two men known as the Tarascon brothers arrived to Louisville from south of Cognac, France, and began shipping local whiskey down the Ohio River to Louisiana’s bustling port city. “They knew that if Kentuckians put their whiskey into charred barrels they could sell it to New Orleans’ residents, who would like it because it tastes more like cognac or ‘French brandy’,” says Veach.

LOL! OK you got me. It's just the two coolest states in the union. Out of all the places I have been WI & LA are the most similar. Good people, good times and they both know how to party. I think there are more dialects in LA though so forgive my brothern if they just stand there and smile and take another drink.

Well that was a grown ups bar that I was referring to. They have those to. They even have bars that do progressive 15Cents to $1.25 drinks for cartoon Saturdays, starting at 7am.

Regardless its gonna be a party and we all are gonna have a blast.

I spent a couple of weeks in Wisconsin once and I can say with all honesty that if there is a place that can drink like us, it's gonna be Wisconsin. Gets cold up there and they've got many generations of pros who developed that as their primary winter activity. They are the real deal.

People thinking Wisconsin folks can't or won't out drink our fans didn't hang out with Wisky fans in Houston or have never been to Wisconsin. They are heavy drinkers just like LSU fans. Green Bay and the neighboring cities may well be drunk dry between the two fanbase.
