We are a spoiled arse fan base.

Most of us are tied to our team, good and bad.
Myself included.
But we got to witness a dream team that anyone would kill for. 15-0 Natty with the best offense CFB has ever seen. Period.
And two Heisman winners in four years.
Suck on that shite.

I'm an old fart born a few years after the '58 championship. I remember some dark years. I never thought I would ever see LSU win a national championship. I remember being happy if we were just ranked, Top 10 was unlikely most years. I never thought I'd see a Heisman winner from LSU.
Now I've had the thrill of seeing three and two respectively. The younger fans don't realize just how good they've had it.

I do enjoy it. I'll never understand why people get upset when fans act like fans. I'm going to be happy when LSU wins and pissed off when LSU loses. Just like every fan should be.

Fan pressure and high expectation can help keep a program from falling off a cliff. What’s wrong with that? Kelly came here to win a National Championship. If he leaves LSU without that then he would tell you himself it was a failure. Also if we’re not hoping for a National Championship then what the frick are we doing here?

Nothing. 2019 was arguably the best college football team ever assembled. And that is the only 10 win regular season out of the last 10 seasons.
