And by the way, that's not a shot at the women. It's just different - much like the boys high school team dominating the US Women's Soccer team. Men are bigger, stronger, faster, and can jump much higher. Those are just facts.
You’re 100% correct. Unpopular fact: A really good high school boys basketball team would beat an excellent college women’s basketball team.

Soccer is more of a speed game than basketball. Women do better versus men in games that are more skill related. Like if you were to play horse versus a female.
If she could get her shot off she would have a chance to somewhat compete

A thousand years ago when I was attending LSU, Joyce Walker played in several pickup games with us. Based on that, I promise you, anyone in the current WBB starting lineup would embarrass you in a game of one on one.
Me at 55 years old? Yes.
I'm white and started for three years on an average single A team in high school. I was all-district, 6'0 and could graze the rim on a good day. I was a decent athlete, played all three sports, and was an above average scorer. That said, I was not good enough to even walk-on at a Nicholls St or McNeese and was slightly above average when playing pickup games in the field house while at LSU.
At the time, Sue Gunter would grab a few guys from the field house to scrimmage against the women's team. In an open scrimmage, these guys would routinely run up and down the floor at will. Pokey Chatman certainly would've made WNBA roster if it had existed at the time, and was easily the best player on that team, and while damn quick, she was never the best player on the court in any of the dozens of pickup games I saw her play in or played with at the field house.
Me at 19 years old? I'm not getting embarrassed.

Disagree. But here a link of 3 guys playing girls. While they are close in age, the women don't even score.

No question. I think there are some women that are excellent shooters. However, there is no "Horse" league.

Agree, but a big part of basketball is actually getting your shot off.

You don’t know much about sports and athleticism.

Women can actually shoot from the perimeter and move without the basketball.

I’m going way out on a limb here and guessing the the keyboard warrior that typed that, even if he played in HS, is no longer in any kind of shape to put up much resistance. And how many Rantards were high level high school athletes? I like my odds here, I’ve met enough irl to have decent data points in making that assertion.

You have no idea who’s posting here. Lotta people playing ball in parks and gyms.
And BBall isn’t like football. Anybody can play BBall just about anywhere, well past their 30’s, too. It’s as much skill as athletics, so experience matters.

What a stupid rejoinder. It is not a popular “sport” by any reasonable standard.

You are incorrect. A great college women’s team would lose to an average high school boys team.
How many women dunk vs avg HS boys?
How many women are 6’+ vs avg HS boys?

Dumbass.
There are no less than a dozen high school boys basketball teams in Louisiana alone that would win the NCCA women's tournament in a walk.
This is not up for debate. Its simple genetics.

look, I think Mulkey is bad-arse and I'm glad we're doing great, but women's basketball is unwatchable. Sorry, but it just is.
You’re right. Literally no one gives a frick about it unless they’re good at it and even then it’s just a few people

You are truly a retard if you think he’s wrong. Men are so superior athletically it’s not even a debate. u15 club team throttled the US women’s national soccer team. Several hundred high school boys set women’s world records in track every single year. An average boys HS bball team would beat LSU wbb by 30
