Watching Nuss on SEC Inside--he'll be a great one.

We know about his talent, and he's already had a few brilliant moments, but watching this week's SEC Inside shows what a great teammate he is. Every time they show him on the sideline he's cheering his guys on and looking like he's having the time of his life.

We'll lose an all-time great when JD5 leaves, AND I can't wait to see Nuss lead this team.

It's nice to have the QB and O-line rooms looking very nice right now

Transfer portal is always available. It’s worked out for us before when we needed it.

Remember when Harris would just sit on the sidelines and pout instead of cheering on his team?

God, him and Jennings. Some awful LSU QB years

Always amazed me that Miles was still able to recruit and develop elite WRs during those years.

I don't think 2025 is concerning, but it's beneficial to have the QB at least have a 2nd season as starter. We've seen the jump from year 1 to 2 for Burrow and now JD. Nuss is going to have his struggles year 1 and we will likely have a new WR1 and WR2 as well as lead RB. 2025 may actually be the "money" year for LSU with talent and experience.

It was pitiful. Harris once went 4 of 15 for 45 yards and an INT, vs a BAD Eastern Michigan unit. Then in 2016, he started a game vs Jax State totally clueless, and was benched in favor of Etling (not a great QB but better by far than Harris). Harris pouted for the remainder of the season, and Justin McMillan left the team.

Heady times back in the bad ol' days.

Nuss is actually very mobile and gets the ball out quick. He's not a runner though, but can extend plays and scramble periodically. He will need to make better decisions and not throw costly picks.

Our offensive line will be the best in the nation. We will have probably one of the best RB rooms as well. May need to tailor to more of a run and TE passing game

Some folks live under a Black Cloud.
I'm expecting, LSU QBs win back to back Heisman trophies.

He will stay next year he will have a lot to learn still. 2025 he rolls but will have some new O-Linemen.

Let's get Daniels to 5 total TDs and 400 yards by halftime so Nuss gets a full half.

Gotta keep up that Heisman momentum though. Great publicity for LSU.

I agree. Several of the other Heisman candidates fail to play a schedule like ours. If they did they would not carry the same stats and be competing. Let J.D. have this game. We have Ala. and A&M coming up that will cause more of an issue for our offense.
