If a recruit watches our game and whatever happens causes him to go to A&M as a result, they can fricking have him. That’s a loser mentality and it’s not someone that really wants to be here. Choosing a team that didn’t show up over a team that chose to compete despite the adversity would say pretty much all you need to know.

If Kelly let’s a game that he’s not even coaching in with a depleted roster be the reason he can’t get a kid to come to LSU then he is not the guy that we thought he was.
There may be recruits that don’t come to LsU but it won’t be because of the Texas Bowl results.

If an SEC team backs out of their bowl game do they still get the distribution from the SEC? Seems like they should be cut out of the conference monetary distribution if they aren't willing to play a game that is meant to build the quality of the conference.
