I could have sworn lsu beat the crap out of BYU last night ???
It was amazing, LSU ran about 6 different plays out of 50 different formations
And dominated BYU, and the defense pitched a shut out!!!!! But the I open the rant and the sky is falling , fire everyone, is this why we hired Canada..........

Same people thought the 2012 game in the dome was the worst beat down ever. LSU just beat BYU worse and actually didn't let BYU cross the 50.
(For the those unaware LSU did cross the 50 once in 2012)
Now a team some experts had winning and near everyone had as a close game. Is deemed southwest Idaho by these people.

I hated the O hire. I thought we played great last night. Exception being redzone,penalties and special teams could use some work.

Good analysis.
Defense was lights out. Run game was good as always. Etling showed a lot of improvement which is the big thing we need.
The penalties are worrisome. We can't afford that against a good opponent.

Don't confuse that with uniqueness. Many other schools, nay- most other schools, have the same reliance.
The touting of it could lead to disaster, or a self-feeding cycle. This is just the positive possibility, only a possibility... think about it this way: CEO is very public in his reliance on coordinators and letting them do their thing. So when the time comes and a replacement is needed that reputation could lead to the best of the best coming to us, instead of having to chase them down. Couple that with LSU's history of paying assistants very well, which has increased under CEO.
