Definitely sucks and i know he has a ton of potential but I was super unimpressed with what I saw from him in the bowl game. He looked no where near ready to play in the sec from a physical standpoint. I honestly thought he knew he needed another year or two and wouldn't mind sitting behind Nuss.

Exactly, and this is where Jamie Howard failed as a parent. It was his job to keep his son from making these kinds of foolish and impulsive decisions.

I think BK had to pick one basically. And he chose Nuss to be next in line, if he thought Howard had a chance to beat him out by next year he would’ve hinted that to Nuss and he would’ve left already

Tell a kid that has 43 college starts under his belt and was your team MVP to take a walk because you're worried about losing your 3rd string QB that was less than impressive in every opportunity he was give in a game situation? Howard bolting further proves that Kelly knows a lot more about leadership than the average ranter.

Yea he looked lost against Purdue. Was not impressed. LSU will be fine and will replace him with a transfer for depth.

The dude was running scout team all year. Daniels coming back really pushes him back. I hate it, bc the qbs we see being successful are older qbs in college.

A lot of players have gone to TCU lately no doubt. But I would not want him going to Bama, Florida, Ole Miss or Auburn.

One thing Ive noticed about BK is that he is a straight shooter with these kids. But always has a plan for them to succeed. Whether they agree or like it or not is on them.
And Im ok with that because i trust him.

Jamie Howard is the gift that keeps on giving to LSU. I was looking forward to his son throwing more than 4 INTs in a quarter at Auburn.

Yes he has and he knows it’s a king sized bed with soft pillows and sheets. You think he is worried Walker Howard is transferring. It’s part of the game. No way is Walker gonna do another year of scout team. I don’t blame him that’s the way it goes. There is only so many reps to go around. JD and Nuss need them but don’t think Kelly is in the corner crying.
