Saw this happening. I would not be shocked if he beats out Dart. But also would not be surprised if he has to sit behind Dart but I think the point is that he will be the backup worst case scenario and if Dart gets banged up he gets on the Field.

Yeah that’s what makes that line about the scout team so ridiculous.
He wants second string reps but wants to redshirt. Well what does he think happens if Daniels needs his ankle taped mid game?
