Not only that, with LSU pitching we had all day to review it. Skenes could have called time and provided more time. Very poor decision .

They’re two different types of pitchers. Both extremely hard to hit, but if you can time Skenes up, you can hit him. Because his fastball lives up in the zone more. He’s just almost impossible to catch up to. Lowder lives at the bottom of the zone. So yeah we can time him up easier, but he’s not going to get solid contact much either.
