That is the point of his arrest. They allege he knew they were wanted by Law enforcement. Also several guns were recovered in the arrests and LSU will not allow that even if he is exonerated. He will wind up having to turn state's evidence to plea his way out of this.

Owning an AR-15 is not a crime. Neither is owning multiple weapons. It’s called the second amendment.

I didn't read about them until after I posted that. It does change things. He should be kicked out of school completely for having those guns on campus. Regardless of the football team, they shouldn't even be given the option.

Like just imagine if this had ended worse. They had those guns cauae they were lamming it either from the dude they killed who may have had friends or the cops chasing them. Imagine a shootout in the dorm cause they didnt wanna get caught. Think about how many parents would wanna send their kids to lsu then.
Could've been alot frickin worse.
