Yes. Rueben Randle. Jimmy Gilbert. Josh Downs. And another DT that was a starter at LSU but got into drug issues when he left LSU.

Dale made LSU basketball relevant and generally successful. Not a powerhouse by any means.

You can also email him and he might help you find tickets. BTW—- I had tickets in the West Side upper deck for many years. They were great too!

I believe the Strength and Conditioning coaches can be on the field. Not the position coaches or consultants.

LSU vs Tulane 1958 in Tulane Stadium. My Dad’s JHHS football team went in appreciation of a very successful season.
My next game was LSU vs Rice in TS 1965. Recruiting trip to LSU as a guest of Governor McKeithen. Kinda special.
