I’m not sure why you have to be a massive chode, brother. I liked Wade the first time around and am happy to see him return.

And outside of (rightfully) bringing up his record since February I’ve never trashed the guy-especially when he was at LSU.
As far as Matt, ever since I moved to Houston I’ve always enjoyed keeping up with LSU news through Matt and the other local LSU media. And having worked in the same industry for 18 years, plus having met Matt, I appreciate his passion for what he does. I just think he’s better at it than he gets credit for on this board, despite some admittedly cringe moments.

This is the go-to "gotcha". Yet, no one ever provided the name of the championship level HC that was going to come to LSU. Let's look at the hires just this cycle:
Cincinnati - new coach has ONE NCAA Tournament win
Ga Tech - new coach has ZERO NCAA Tournament wins
Providence - new coach has ZERO NCAA Tournament wins
Syracuse - new coach has ZERO NCAA Tournament wins
Two years ago Kentucky, yes, Kentucky, hired a new HC. Do you know how many career NCAA Tournament wins he had....ZERO. Indiana hired a new HC last year. Do you know how many career NCAA Tournament wins he had....ZERO.
Wade's one at McNeese was better that virtually all of them. So again, I ask, to all of the "Look at the NCAA Tournament, we can do better crowd". NAME THE GUY WHO HAD MULTIPLE NCAA TOURNAMENT WINS AND WOULD HAVE COME TO LSU

I wonder how roster construction works. will he keep many or any of the roster? does he want to?
seems like he might want to keep a core of them and augment with 2 or 3 truly elite transfers.
as of now there are the 3 high school players and the one pro Aussie incoming. no clue if they stay.
if I were them I would want to.
Thomas in the portal, coach MM said once you in the portal he says goodbye. he was fairly hardcore about that. if you are gone, you are gone, goodbye. but I don't see why wade wouldn't invite Thomas back. would he? I dunno.
