What a bunch of idiots this thread has brought out. Slackster made a very good post that everyone should read.
I am amazed how many assholes here are pissed at JJ because he went to a bar on LSU football players skip day. It isn't illegal to go to a bar so quit acting like going to a bar is grounds for JJ to be kicked off the team.
The video in the original post isn't as clear as the first video of the fight that was lightened up an post. You can clearly see a guy kick lowery wearing a black shirt in that video. This video I can't make out shite.
I can't tell that the guy in the white shirt inside the bar is even JJ. Hell to me he looks white.
It does clearly show that lowery is an a-hole and was stirring up shite with his ex girlfriend as has been alleged.
A guy in a white shirt approaches Lowery but it isn't clear from the video if he also kicked.
And stop making stupid comment about why doesn't JJ give up the real kicker. How do you know he hasn't? We all assumed the police think the dude in black is the kicker but maybe the police have ided JJ as the dude in white that kicked Lowery.

And this is a legitimate answer. Most of us assume that JJ has been arrested for being the kicker, but perhaps he was involved in another way and he has already given up the name(s) of the kicker(s).

I don't see where the video or hear where the sound tells us much of anything.
The one inside the bar, if the people are labeled correctly, seem to show a easy going JJ not paying any attention to the disagreement between what's his name and the X-GF.
But if that's JJ, he's not all in black like the guy some here was saying was "fricked".
With what we know now, this case never sees a court room as a felony. imo

So the video obviously dispels the rumor from the bar employees that Lowery started everything by punching someone in the bar, right? Maybe thats why they arent being interviewed because they are liars?
Looks like Lowery and JJ both left without anyone being kicked out?
So the reports of a truck honking being the instigator seem to be more legit now?

No, they said that he was escorted out and then he was quickly in a fight. They specifically said that he was out of the bar when he started fighting and then one of the workers jumped on a truck or some shite to try to watch it

I didnt see any escorting. Saw what looked like friends walking out with him, but no one from the bar confronted him as was told to the media

Are you blind? That's exactly what you see if you watch the video. Lowery is arguing the the girl, JJ is hugging another girl and leaves. Lowery is still there arguing when the bouncers from Shady's walk up to him and tell him to leave. The bouncers walk him out the door and then stay next to the door.

You are forgetting that the "victims" or their conspirators also said that Jordan Jefferson was wearing all black and that he kicked the "sorry excuse for a marine" in the head. Based on what I have seen in this thread and what Jefferson's attorney has said, Jefferson did not kick anyone. I would challenge anything the victims say especially Lowery who seemed to be looking for a fight. He tried to fight a girl and ended up finding a fight with some folks who felt like they needed to finish it.

i thought the evidence against JJ was that there was another witness (not one of the 4 who got beat up) that put JJ at the scene and identified him as the kicker.
i can't make out jack from the videos.
JJ kicking the guy seems contrary to the kind of person that he is.
the lowrey guy seems to clearly be a jerk. if his GF was getting a restraining order against him, what is the DA or BRPD doing about the fact that he's clearly disregarding the restraining order?
