Please forgive me if someone else has posted a similar thought regarding these new revelations, but I don't have time to read all 40 pages in this thread.
The thought just occurred to me: if JJ wasn't the kicker, then someone else on the team is. That means the low-life kicker is cool with JJ taking the fall for something JJ did not do. Whoever that person is needs to man up and face the music. I am NOT a JJ fan by any stretch, but no one should have to go through what he's going through if he did nothing.
Also, regardless of who the kicker is, Les needs to kick his arse to the curb for good if he ever finds out who it is. That's a pretty crappy thing to do to a teammate.

While most likely true, it sucks if an LSU football player did it.
Especially if it's the starting senior qb just days away from the opening game that would have been the biggest game of his career.
If he really did it, it's selfish and utterly disrespectful to the rest of the team who go to great lengths to not do stupid shite like that.

several things are becoming clear in my opinion

Soooo, since JJ is clearly not guilty of 2nd Degree Assault, he should have hired a terrible attorney to represent him, or better yet just represented himself?
