Thee one glaring ommission from the original post is that TAMU faked the injury in the FIRST QUARTER..............................which honestly I've never seen before.

We did the same thing against Texas at the beginning of the year.

We did nothing like the kids from A&M and Auburn did.

We didn’t flop. The boys were toasted all second half. Auburn and ANM flopped. Obviously. And shamelessly.

If you are going to flop, fine, I get it is part of the gamesmanship. But god damn at least make an effort to sell it as real.

This.

How many times have you seen a QB get a little push or bump from a defensive player but stumble and fall back like they got hit by a truck? It’s called selling the illusion to get the flag. QBs do it. WRs do it for PI calls. RBs do it for face mask calls.

One of the guys that went down lost his shoe so he just sat down. Shouldn’t be able to use an injury timeout for an equipment issue. The last guy (#1) was fine until just before the snap then he laid down. Went to the sideline and stood right by the coaches and got zero treatment from trainers. I assume he saw their defense was out of position or something and faked an injury.

In general though I don’t think people should boo as a first reaction. We definitely flopped a bunch against Oregon to slow them down.

Most of the guys that “flopped” from LSU went on to miss the next game and some missed multiple games. The fact that you bring this up topic up without mentioning the time missed makes you look dumb.

When they stand normally, look to the sideline, then "dramatically" but slowly lay down; yeah, booing is appropriate. It should be called as delay of game.

Could you please name the player on our team that you claim faked a cramp against Texas?

Our HS center tore a major knee ligament in warm ups his senior year. It wasn't a lunge, but it was a simple movement involving only his body weight.

Faking injury is a time honored part of the game.

I didn’t boo the Kid’s fake injury, I booed his horrific acting!

C’mon man, we deserve better acting in P5 football.

Hester and Flynn joke about their flops on Hesters show. It happens and it certainly happened under Miles. It’s not a dis on Miles.

Hester talks about how he busted a chin strap and faked an injury. I can’t remember which one Flynn’s was but Hester always jokes about how bad an actor he was on the play.
