Surviving a fall from more than 34 feet is extremely unusual.
During the descent she would have been falling at 34ft per second which of my calculations are correct is 50mph.
Incredible.

I fell off the 4th floor of some apartments when I was her age, landed in a crepe Myrtle and walked it off

Neither of those building are 8 stories and it said the pool is on the second floor so if she fell from the top floor in that picture, it’s 5 stories. Around 50 feet. Still very high but a little more than half the height which was reported. I also do not understand how she went through a window. They open all the way enough for an adult human to accidentally fall out? Glad she’s ok.

been alot better story if she was riding her b/f on couch when she fell out.
