I’d love to see the stats on how many double plays get turned with a shift on vs playing straight up. Feel like you get a double play maybe half as often when shifting

The refusal to deviate from the shift with this roster is a big part of why we aren’t making the post season. Keep Milam on the left side at all times. He can play anywhere from 56 hole to right next to the bag. He’s the only infielder on the team that has proven to be able to make plays on that side of the infield.

Crazy he was ranked ahead of Cooper Moore in the portal. He’s underachieved to say the least. It’s been said 1000 times but I don’t see how we missed on absolutely everyone on both sides of the ball.
