It’s not about LSU as much as it is about that “LSU” the one that Kim Mulky took over and will now put the SEC back in Elite Company of women’s BB (South Carolina, Tennessee, and now That LSU.

Undefeated last week but have a couple of losses. Only South Carolina, Ohio State and LSU are undefeated. LSU would kick UConn’s arse.

As far as being the beat writer for any women's sport, I imagine the UConn basketball team is a good job. Dominant program, great fan support, etc. It's not like he's covering some sub-.500 mid-major team.

It means the school that has totally sold out to athletics, had to fire their men's BB coach for cheating, and has their entire athletic program in the shadow of a sexual abuse scandal.
You people may not care about LSU's national reputation, but other people outside of the South do - and it's not good.
