Who is Devin Smith?

Of course our OL is great when going up against DL 2 inches shorter and 50 pounds lighter.

That's the most rational thread I've seen them have. I laugh when they say they would have won if a couple breaks went their way... almost EVERY break went their way. We dominated in every stat category minus the score due to crucial mistakes, penalties, and redzone field goals. I wish both teams could have played full strength just to shut them up about Milton not playing.

I’m just glad their wideouts can’t catch.

LSU was clearly the better team. I don’t mind admitting that as a UCF fan. Props to them. It’s incredibly impressive that 7-8 starters were out and they didn’t miss a beat. The quality depth and caliber of coaching was evident. With the win against UCF, I think LSU had four Top 10 wins this year. They are a really good team. Having said that, I’m proud of UCF hanging for in there and making a game of it. With the loss, the wheels are not falling off for UCF as the haters would like to think. UCF will keep building this thing and close the overall program gap that exists now versus the top echelon football programs. Once the P5 invite comes, the doors blow off this thing. Go Knights. Charge On!
That's actually a good reflective comment. UCF is the largest school to not be playing in a P5. I wish I could say that the SEC/ACC will grab them but Miami and UF will do their best to stop another state school from entering their conference.
I predict Big 12 comes calling

Here is the only take that counts: We won.

One of the comments was funny. They think we have a great O Line.
That's what these non P5 frick's don't get. OF COURSE your defense seems OK when you play other sorry teams.

This one made me chuckle.
They honestly have no idea.
They think that the fact they play "college" football means they play COLLEGE football.
They would consider every OL in the SEC to be "massive". Yet, to them, it seems out of the ordinary.

their Oline was massive. How many Olines in the country are better than theirs? Maybe 2-3?

Yeah, it can't be easy stepping up into a real conf with those three other in state schools recruiting against you.
As for the linked thread, I still find it funny when they say that they would have won with their other QB but fail to mention that we were missing more NFL talent in the secondary than their entire program has ever put into the NFl at all positions.
We even used a recent WR convert at CB in the 4th.

They think our o line is massive yet believe they could go toe to toe with Bama. UCF fans look like the biggest jokers right now.

It sucks that we have to win 25 in a row to even get in the conversation because while this years team didn’t belong in the playoffs, last years team did.
This is from their board. They need to man up and join the ACC or something like that if they want to keep going forward like this. But if they maintain that schedule they have they will continue to not be taken seriously. I said this yesterday and will say again, they are damn lucky they did not make it to the playoffs because Clemson would rack 60 on UCF in primetime.

Memphis had nearly 600 yards and 41 points against this same team.
Arranda was the difference in that game period.
His defense gave up 24 points to a team that was averaging 50. 1/2 the yards at 250 and with 8-10 starters out the entire game. That was all Dave Arranda.

I read a article suggesting they join the Bog 12.
