gear and you can see why he was the number one running back in America.”

Finally, what should fans expect Thaddeus Moss to bring to the offense?

“He’s a pass catacher. He knows how to play the game, he’s a pretty high IQ.”

Audio - LSU's Cody Worsham - Not the "listin live" link at the top BUT the player under the short article

Props to what CEH and Brossette did for us last year, but this offense will absolutely thrive with some studs back there.

This running back duo is going to be special at LSU. It's going to be every bit as good as Fournette/Guice, Faulk/Mealy, Hester/Keiland, etc.

the average fan has no idea how good Ty Davis actually is, if they even know he is on the team. This kid is going to be special and may end up pushing for the number 1 spot over Emery. These two freshman backs will go down as one of the best duos lsu has ever had in the backfield.

He insinuates that JaMarr Chase has been winning the head-to-head battles with Stingley.

Burrow has looked very sharp. Looks confident, under control. Everyone (players) says he really has control of the offense and they have full confidence in him.

Chaisson looks like the best pass-rusher he has seen at LSU. Says he looks great physically - must not have seen his pregnant photo.

Tyrion is huge, he looks like a MAN. He moves well. Both guys just have to learn the offense to make sure they are in the right places. Emery has that extra gear.

Magee has been #1 at guard. Moss #1 at TE. He thinks the veterans are getting the nod early but expects the younger guys to be moving up.

Hines57 was practicing at center.

Shelvin and Ika are both moving around very well. Both carry their weight really good. Both are nimble for huge men. Thinks Ika will be on Shelvins heals. Shelvin at this weight can be really special. Ika is a freshman, when he takes that step up he will be something else. Shelvin has the experience edge right now. When Shelvin brings his A-game he is VERY good.

Moss is a pass catcher, can run well, has good hands, hasn't seen him drop a pass yet, he can block too. He thinks he is the best COMBO TE. A guy who can block and go out and run good routes and catch passes. If he can stay healthy he will play.

Green team - doesn't know who is on it besides K'Lavon. Chaisson when asked if he was on the team he replied "IS WATER WET?" He guesses at who is on the team - Chaisson, Divinity, Andre Anthony (has looked really good), JaCoby Stephens, Grant Delpit, Marcel Brooks, Rashard, Fehoko, etc.

Clyde will have his place in this year's offense for sure. The two young pups aren't ready to take over 100% just yet.

And I love Brossette but he had to work so much harder than most because he wasn't the most talented back on earth. But if you replace him last year with a true threat like Guice, Buga, Hill, etc, that make-shift offense would've looked better. So many times last year he would miss an opening by just a 1/2 step or get loose only to get run down by a LB.

They could be a Ronnie Brown/Cadillac Williams type duo.

Most excited about our offense since jamarcus, doucet,Bowe, davis days! And defense......well let's just say I feel this could be better than 2011 defense but we will see.

Christ................ the pieces are there this year. Veteran leadership all over the place. A returning QB with his shite together. Playmakers everywhere. Depth at key positions (maybe a little thin at DB).

O has to get to 11-1 with this team. He just has to.

He based that off of seeing two drops out of hundreds of reps though.

That dude said Chase hasn't looked good and wasn't sure where Davis-Price would fit in.

Very different observation from what Cody talked about in that interview.

Chase proved his ability last season and unless something changes it looks like Jefferson, Chase and Marshall have secured the 3 starting spots. Anderson is back in the doghouse apparently and Sullivan is a TE now.
