I think the transfer portal can also help with a quick turnaround

Provided we can hang onto our top players. The portal can be as big of a disadvantage as a advantage.

ONLY because of Woodward. Otherwise, FALSE due to ongoing NCAA investigations/violations and Title IX.
Staff and coaching wise? Hell no. There is FAR LESS TALENT. Look at the “not playing” and not recruiting…

By gift you mean he went out and recruited a guy? I don't understand this narrative . HEY THE SAINTS DON'T WIN A SUPER BOWL IN 09 WITHOUT DREW BREES!!! Who gives a shite.

He didn’t actually do that… it was Bill Bausch that ACTUALLY MADE THE SUGGESTION AND HAD RHE RELATIONSHIP, but great try at rewriting history.

Yes, AD is much better than the POS we had and he will go to the matt to get the resources needed to be one of the best in the country.

The argument could be made that a prospective coach could look at the program and say “Hell, if O could win here…”

Yes. The brand has improved. That 2019 team was a media friendly team. Got lots of love from social media.

After Nick made it happen it still didnt seem like a sure thing. However, after Les got it done and then had the 2011 team blow it up (minus his stubborn offense shite) you knew we had arrived. SO by far it’s better now.

10-15 years ago I would have agreed with you, but 2019 seems like an eternity ago, especially in today’s 24/7 social media driven world.

How would you feel if you were like UGA and it was 41 years ago? And look at where they are sitting this season without any recent NC success.

LSU Has the opportunity to draw from a better pool of candidates than ever before. The money alone will make it the biggest job of the year.
