Hes good. Hes not them.

Shhh, apparently everyone thinks this duo is on par with 2019.
We aren’t allowed to use common sense here.

That’s the point I’m making.
The fact that you’re comparing him to them proves that he is an alpha. You’re saying he’s not an alpha because 2 of the greatest college receivers of all time are better than him. I’m saying the fact that he’s in the same sentence as them proves he is.

Look, i know thinking is hard for you.
This thread is trying to compare burrow and daniels. Who was burrows receivers? Oh thats right, jefferson and chase.
You might actually be braindead if you dont understand why the comparison is having to be made.
Go watch 2019 and tell me who is sitting for BTJ to play. I’ll wait.

No man, you are the brain dead one because you posted this
Insinuating Brian Thomas is not an alpha receiver and that’s what we are responding to you.
I think you might actually be an idiot

I’ll repeat since you’re braindead, go watch 2019 again and tell me who sits in favor of btj.
I’ll wait.

I love BTJ, hes simply not in the same ballpark as Jefferson or Chase.
I agree based on the fact that for some games, it seems like BTJ isn't even on the field for most of the game.
Then I remember, Burrow isn't throwing the ball.
Daniels is running it.

You are actually a fricking idiot who is now changing the question because you realized you were wrong on what you said.
But to answer your question, Brian Thomas would be the #3 WR on that team, he’d probably play over Terrace Marshall especially when Jefferson was in the slot.
That isn’t what you said though, just admit you were wrong saying Thomas isn’t an alpha receiver and your humiliation can be over

For sure.
I’ve already stated multiple times in this thread BTJ is a good receiver. No doubt.
But even look at what those two did with the ball once it got in their hands in 2019. Nabers is on PAR with their skillsets this year. BTJ isn’t quite there.
He could be if he sticks around another year. Im not saying he cant be. But the skills those two had in 2019 were on another level.

You’re comparing Brian Thomas to arguably the two best receivers in the NFL and then saying he’s not an alpha
Thats the first thing you said to me, demonstrating you didnt understand the assignment to begin with. Its been downhill for you since then.
And in response to your answer, he probably rotates with terrace. Which was my entire fricking point to begin with. Burrows weapons were on another level.
You being butthurt about BTJ not being on their level is a you problem.

It’s fine to admit you’re wrong bro you don’t have to get all defensive about it.
I’m glad we both agree that Brian Thomas is an alpha receiver that isn’t quite as good as two of the greatest in the game.

That might be because Chase had more opportunity. In the NFL they will all have that opportunity. Let's wait to see.
You just answered your own statement we haven’t faced elite corners this year outside of bama when we played kool aid and Terrion Arnold

Burrow is a better tradition passing QB but my god Daniels is fast and shifty as frick.
At the college level (unless I just had completely elite receivers and running backs) I actually think I’d take Daniels, at the pro level, Burrow all day every day.

BTJ is better than good. Jefferson and Chase were at the level they were because Burrow was throwing to them. With Burrow throwing to him, BJT would have also been on that level.
Burrow gave relievers a chance to be "alpha" by throwing them open.
Daniel's is a different QB. The elite talent is in his legs. Most of the time he wants (not needs) to see an open reciever because he knows he can get the job done with his legs.
Daniel's and Burrow are equals as QB's, with different styles.
At the college level.

I don’t have an answer but believe it is insanely great that this is a legitimate topic of discussion within 4 years.
