I'm beyond tired of the Les show, and I don't know how anyone isn't tired of it.

I would take 0-12 to get rid of him.

We have got to get a new head coach! That is priority number one. I don't want to cheer for an Lsu loss, either. But, I'm terrified these idiots will try to keep him if he lucks into winning 8 games. This cancer Les Miles must be eradicated.

He was forced out like so many other coaches after losing to Stanford and then I believe Arizone or ASU. He fired half his staff and then was fired. That's what I remember.

bad situation went worse with 2 close losses and he was shown the door.

But to answer your question, 6-6. 8-4 does us no good

LF7 gets one more "bowl game." 6-6 makes it fringe that we get one right?

They were the 2012 pre season #1 team then finished 7-6 and had that absolute debacle at the El Paso bowl.

Then 2013 continued down the shitter and he was fired.

I don't know how you can call that anything other than a failure.

This argument doesn't hold water anymore. It never should have in the first place. TAF has the money. Now that the behind the scenes shite has been exposed, that stupid "the state is in financial trouble" argument won't work. Two different pots of money. Fire Les miles money has nothing to do with the State's budget.

I'm not arguing...I think it's retarded as well....I'm just stating what LSU admin will say.

Come on. Dont be a drama queen. Les needs to go, but this is still a 9 win team IMHO.

If you can win 8 games with Anthony Jennings at QB and have Alabama beat with less than 2mins to go, it is very easy to see us winning 8 games this season with this personnel.

You know the way it is going to go....we'll win one game we shouldn't, we'll lose one we shouldn't, and we'll probably split the ones we're evenly matched ending at 8-4 and on the outside looking in on the West again.

If Jennings/Hatch/Lee/Malveto teams of 2014 and 2008 can win 8 games, this roster can sleep walk to those results.

How is that a tough choice? I see no difference in 8-4 and 6-6.

But he has been a failure everywhere at HC.
You are simply wrong about this. His 1 year at UT was a success, and his time at USC he had crippling sanctions, I am not sure why he ever took that job

I am in no way saying what happened at USC was not a failure. I've never stated otherwise. I am saying Kiffin was hindered by the NCAA sanctions, their real issue in 2012 anyways was defense, and he eventually fired his own dad.

Look, you can look at it out of one lens and I will another. I don't think he's a bad coach and I do think the fact that he's been under Saban is a big positive as well.

Would I prefer him? Nah. Obviously I'd rather some others. but LSU wouldn't be screwed with Lane Kiffin.

I'm not.

Ask UT fans if it was a success

The sanctions had nothing to do with him completely losing that team and having them quit on him.

Ok. They will 100% in unison say it was. Why do you think there was a melt of epic proportions when he left? The season he had while dealing with Dooleys mess was great, and he had the ball rolling for them on the recruiting trail

ETA: Fulmers mess

I'll elaborate. Do I think what happened at USC was a failure? yes. Do I think Kiffin could have been better? yes. Do I think without sanctions he'd still be coaching there and competing at the highest level? Yes.

With this administration I don't think 8-4 is enough for them to pull the plug on Les

If LSU goes 8-4, Les is gone. That being said, I will never root for LSU to lose games.
