I truly understand BK frustrating about not putting the game away when you can.
Well, when you make a conscious choice to abandon what is working and instead focus on doing what isn’t working, who’s to blame?

The next 3 games should give them ample opportunity to work on things. It sucks losing the first game because it automatically puts them behind, no room for error. It essentially ruins the whole season, no matter the final outcome.

I agree but we will lose a&m or Oklahoma

More likely we win both those games and lose both OM and Bama.

I do not see us beating OM and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Milroe is going to look like a genius.

We haven’t won at A&M since 2016. They will have the best defensive line we face all year in the most hostile atmosphere all year. I don’t know why so many people are chalking this up as a W.

I’m pretty sure it was the only game we weren’t favored in preseason.

We are going to win until Oct 12. Everyone will be pumped and then we lose to ole miss. Same until Bama. Same until Oklahoma. 10th win in bowl. People will hope Nuss comes and others. They will. This is the loop. This is it.

Unless we get more top 20 teams on our schedule. Then maybe BK slips enough to get fired. He's doing just enough to sell tickets and your mentality is part of the problem. This is not ok.

Gonna be a repeat 9-3 at best. The first 2 years we didnt recruit for shite on defense. No 5 star linemen or db’s. Now that we have Raymond back and Bo Davis we have some solid players in 25 class. Plus #1 QB and RB. Maybe in year 5 we can make a run.

How can anybody say we’re fine and you’re talking about we’re only gonna have nine wins? Crazy

No, we are actually fricked.

We get Ole Miss, Bama, and OU at home. Texas A&M and Florida are only tough road games but they looked like arse way more than us. We are definitely not fricked.

Good stuff. I’m still recovering from that brutal 2 mile post game walk after LSU lost. Tough one for sure. It’s only 1 game. And opening up against a quality opponent is challenging. But, I’m wiped from making Week 1 excuses. Seems to be a yearly tradition.

Look on the bright side. No embarrassing playoff loss for this squad!

Yep. You pretty much nailed it. 4 losses and a bunch of people trying to put lipstick on the pig that is this team.

I believe that game could cost us a playoff spot at the end of the year. It was a game we had in our grasp and we shite the bed. It was a bad loss

Our O line is a strength. They need proved it not talk about it. LSU had issues every opening game. Somehow, Kelly wins 10 games.

I've read a lot of dumb shite on this board over the years, but congrats you're the new leader.

Disconcerting signals is the most bullshite penalty I’ve ever heard. Get it out of the game.

Osborne knew it was time to retire when he became 60. He couldn’t call plays anymore. He didn’t want to be standing on the sidelines with an offensive coordinator calling the plays. LSU hires a coach at 60. ‘From hour to hour we ripe and ripe, then from hour to hour we rot and rot’. At 60 do rot or ripe? Get a young coach not a grandpa.

Not end of season but a 10M head coach that loses 3 openers in a row with poor during the game coaching is getting to be a tough pill to take.

Same shite different year.

I agree.

Last night sucks but I do think the rest of the season isn't as bleak as most on here make it out to be.

The issues I saw are fixable. I do think Kelly will get it fixed.

The touchdown celebration more than likely won't happen again. Burns taking his helmet off on the field probably won't happen again. Those were two dumb things to do. Particularly from players who know better.

I think he was legit ticked off at his post game press conference. I don't think any of that was for show.

We'll see how it unfolds but I'm not ready to throw in the towel after one game.

I want things fixed in the LONG offseason and in the weeks before the next game. And what did BK do to make you think the TD celebration will not happen again.

A teams discipline HAS to come from the HC!

I don't know about Burns, he seems to do dumb things like this regularly and he's a 5th year senior.

I don't freak out about these things, they'll become more and more commonplace in this new era of CFB.

Very few teams play consistently disciplined football anymore.
