Those guys played their butts off. Glad I was there to cheer them on and witness their fight. They deserved our support last night and they gave us a thrill.

totally agree...

also want to give a shout out to Liam Shanahan, young man played his rear end off, no matter how frustrating it was to watch him at times.

he gets to end his college career with a bowl game and move on with the rest of his life with an unique educational background, friends, and lifelong connections...all sorts of doors will be open to him!!!

A real bright spot to end the season sticking it to A&M depleted. We have some great talent and after last night those there were there showed the heart of the Tigers they are.

Looking forward to building the dream and seeing the next chapter.

Those that were not there, good luck and may you be successful and remember there is NO I in TEAM... Your brothers proved that last night.

Love these guys, kept putting all they had out on the field after their coach was fired and in lame duck status the last half of this season, and after a bunch of their teammates quit on the team with a “me-first” attitude. I salute you and glad you went out on a winning note.

I wish I could bump fists with every LSU football player on that team and tell them how proud I am and that their effort truly inspires me to meet my own challenges in life with courage and conviction.

I’m glad we got to see these guys get a win to finish our season. Glad coach O is gone, but happy he went out on a W. Hate em or love em, no one can refute that this guy loves LSU.

To the the players who have quit on LSU & opted to get ready for the NFL while not even showing up on the sidelines for games in street clothes, frick YOU.

Everyone has a different situation to deal with. No need to assume selfishness for all of them.

Frankly, it has been a plague on this team for many years now both with leaving early when there was little chance of sustained success at the next level or only looking out for themselves like the majority of this years early defections. The bad thing about it is that once one starts quiting, it gets easier and easier.
