shut it! The man guided this program through two seasons in which we were sidetracked by natural disasters (one obviously much larger than the other). He brought us a national title, 2 West Div. Crowns and an SEC Title...this is in 4 years. Oh yeah, he has trashed 3 of the premier programs in the nation during the bowl season.

We are having one subpar year...not bad, but subpar. I am disappointed just as much as everyone else, but you have to have continuity to win usually. We could potentially go 9-4 still, which is what the previous two SEC National Champs did in their next season.

We are close to being at the top again. We have huge recruiting classes that are being implemented into our current system. So what, the DCs are sucking. Before getting pissed at Les, wait and see what he does.

All of you pussies hitting the panic button need to take your panties out of the wad and wait and see what our coach does...you know, the coach that was 100% on fourth down against Florida, the coach that called that pass to beat Auburn last year in the final seconds, the coach that called the fake punt against Ariz. State in his first 'home' game.

Miles also didn't bolt to Michigan, one of places that would have made sense. He stuck with us, and that alone gave us the national crown. So stop bitching and give the guy his due. He has more than earned a couple of years here regardless of how this season has gone. Give him a chance to win big again, and he will.

3-4 in the SEC is bad for LSU.

I have no problem with Miles, but if he doesn't hire a quality DC for next year, I may start to.

not many people want him fired but he's got lots of work to do and his actions so far don't make it seem like he's capable of getting it done.

We really need to be shuffling coaches out of here every 3-4 years. That would be really great.

This is a very important offseason for Miles. Everyone understood booting Perrilloux and the co-DC thing made sense from a continuity standpoint.

If he doesn't change the D staff, he is setting himself up for considerable scrutiny. I think the O will improve with experience, but poor defense is not tolerated at LSU.

I heard the same shite from Gator fans last year after they went 9-4. Now, they love that jackass, arse clown. Give it time, if LSU goes 9-3 or worst next year, then Miles needs a little fire under his seat.

With this stable of clueless coaches, 9-3 would be a good year. Just sayin'.

So Les not going to Michigan is the sole reason we won the NC? So will we win it this year too?

I agree with the hole 'he needs to fix things'. But seriously, there is nothing he can do now. Booting Perrilloux was the right thing, and our qbs have done what they were supposed to do...struggle. Jarrett Lee breaking under pressure at points has no effect on Les. It's all on the kid's shoulders. We have no other viable options except for Jefferson. Here we are applauding a guy's effort who just rang up a whopping 13 points against Ole Miss. We are screwed in that department.

The other big offseason decision was the d-coordinator. Les certainly botched it, but there's nothing that will change the situation for the time being. We just have to ride the storm out and hope he makes a nice move in the offseason.

Okay dumbass, it was in reference to last year. Do you really think we beat Tenn. if Les announces he is gone? Do you really think that we could have gone to the NC and rolled Ohio State for the title after Miles openly announced he was leaving?

Not trying to be a complete arse but 3-4 in the SEC typically has been right on par. You guys have had a few stellar years but I think normalcy is beginning to come callin'.

As a 'bama fan, I want you guys to keep Les Miles. It's just like the Shula situation with bama a few years ago... everyone wanted us to keep him too...

So you would rather him fire the CO-DC's now and look like auburn? Good idea. Just give him some time.

Who's saying they want him gone? You post is based on this. I don't believe there is any measurable amount that are wanting Miles gone. I've been reading this board also and I don't see threads about getting rid of Miles. You're telling people to "shut it". Who are you talking to, exactly?
